- All orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.   
- During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

• We currently ship all over Egypt.
• Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Re-shipping due to an incorrect address may incur an additional fee.
